| Jay Léxí: The Things Fear Makes You Do |
That it helps you think things through,
It helps you make right decisions
It makes you want to analyse everything,
Before taking the necessary action.
They say fear makes you wise
And as a result, this group of people tend to not get things done quickly,
Some are skeptical when it comes to decision making
Because they take out time to think things through,
Maybe they overthink sometimes.
But, are they rights? Maybe
While Some group of people say otherwise,
They say that fear inhibits you,
That it limits you, it gives you boundary,
They believe that it confines you, to a state of mind,
A weak state of mind.
They say that it is a sign of weakness
And this makes them do things without thinking,
This people are the ones who takes action,
Before weighing the consequence,
They don't take out time to analyse the pros and cons
Because they believe once they do, they won't act
They are scared, of overthinking,
They have the fear that once they think about it,
They might find a reason to abort it
Which makes me wonder, is the fear actually gone?
And are they right?
Maybe they are right, that fear can be defeated,
That It can be removed from our lives
But then I start to think, what is the cause of fear, and how does it work?
As for me, I only get scared when I feel unsafe, threatened,
When I feel something is going to harm me or
When I feel I'm going to lose something I love, Fear kicks in.
Which Means basically for me, love is what causes fear,
When something i Iove is being threatened or endangered, I'm scared,
When my life or someone I love is threatened or endangered, fear kicks in.
Which Means for me to get rid of fear, I need to get rid of love.
This question pop's up in my head, is it possible to not love?
To not hold anything or anyone, including your life of high importance,
To just exist in a space where you have no sense of care.
from my point of view that is crazy and sort of impossible, because one way or the other you've got to care about something
Even a thief, cares about the money he steals, even though he doesn't care about the people it affects.
One way or the other every one of us care about something or someone which means, every one of us has fear.
There are some people out there also, who believes that, you can't get rid of fear, you can only control it, sort of manage it.
Are they right? maybe, I don't know.
why? Well Guess which of the groups I belong to, that right! now you know why.
